My grandmother lived at Allegro for 15 years, and this place had such a positive impact on her life. The activity programming facilitated so many ways for her to get to know other residents and lead a great social life for not only herself but for the entire resident community. The staff has always been so supportive of my family , and I have countless memories of holiday brunches and parties enjoyed there. As a young child, going to Allegro was always something I really looked forward to not just because I loved spending time with my grandmother and her friends, but because I loved the events and activities and getting to know the friendly staff. Thank you Allegro for all you do for families!

I joined the Allegro team in September. It warms my heart to hear our residents refer this as their home. The company is continually striving to make certain that we all the policies in place and that they are followed by all associates. Come visit us and let us show you why we are celebrating our 20th Year Celebration!

My father in law lived at Allegro for several years. It was a very good experience. The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to make Allegro feel like home.

My parents moved into Allegro when it opened. My father did a lot of detailed research before making the choice to move to what was called Heritage Oaks at the time. He was quite aware but my mom was suffering from dementia. He wanted her to be in a place where she would have activities and friends. The staff were helpful; the meals were good; there were many, many activities for all levels. In 2009 my mom broke her hip. I moved in with my parents to take care of her. My father passed the next year but I continued to live there for six more years. I knew all the staff quite well and found almost all to be professional and friendly and dedicated to the comfort of the residents. Gail is a godsend; Cheryl, the activities director is a miracle worker! My mom passed about four years ago but was happy until the end, and every day I thank my dear dad for moving them in there where they were able to pass their last years in comfort and among friends. I still teach the exercise classes there because I consider the residents and staff at Allegro as my second family.

I help a gentlemen on the independent side . This is one of the best retirement homes in Tallahassee . I suggest this to anyone I care for outside the facility . Its a very lovely home and the activities are great ! He says the dinning hall is like going out to dinner at a Restaurant.
