My husband left Sun Terrace in worse shape then when he was admitted. I had him removed from this facility and readmitted to the hospital. His last day there, I walked into his room and there was a bucket in the middle of the room collecting water from the air conditioner. He was lying in bed damp and shivering. In other instances, the nurse tried to give him a once a day med 4 times in one day. On a different day, different nurse brought him the wrong meds. There were many more issues in almost every department. He will never go back to this facility.

I cant say enough about the amazing experience we have had with sun terrace. Every time I have a great experience someone does something else to go above and beyond and amazes me all over again. I was super nervous about leaving my dad at another rehab facility after being through a few of them and Brittany made sure to settle my anxiety. From day one she reassured me that he would be taken care of and she kept her promise. Highly knowledgeable staff extremely caring people. Thank you to everyone who cared for my dad from nurses to housekeeping to cooks. Dad loved the food his room was pristine at all times. He is now in outpatient physical therapy and Craig is amazing at getting him scheduled and organized. I work full time and they have lightened my load. Love love love sun terrace!

I don't recommend this place for a loved one because the bottom line to them is numbers. Number of body's they can fill the place with and the number of dollars they will get. They are short staff on nurses. Which puts there nurses in a bad situation. Not enough time to properly care for the patient. All they have time for is to go around and hand out medicine. We talked with the staff repeatedly about needs of our loved one and they were ignored. Lack of the proper medical care caused us to remover our loved one, because her health was deteriorating again. So much she landed in the hospital again after leaving there. Doctor on staff there is a joke. I also have left several messages for executive administrator to call, only to be ignored.The food leaves a lot to be desired. Also apparently special diet means nothing to them.Please don't take your love one to Sun Terrace
