Looks can be deceiving. All looks good from the Reception area but back where the patients & staff are is another story. Utter chaos. Staff never has hand sanitizer, masks or gloves without having to call administration to provide them. Safety of staff & residents should be a priority but isnt. Lies are being told to family members with regard to always being understaffed. Carpets, Rooms & Bathrooms are always filthy and smell of urine & feces. Minimal cleaning or maintenance staff to do whats reported to Front Desk. Conflicts between staff causes yelling matches & body checks in the hallway for patients to hear & witness. Management & Corporate does absolutely nothing with regard to the bad apples so their bad behaviors escalate. They are charging thousands of dollars for this? Youre better off keeping your family member at home with around the clock care.

I would gladly give more stars if allowed.It is a great comfort knowing that my husband is safe,secure and well cared for by this amazing staff.The daily updates are so appreciated. The activities are thoughtful and fun.outstanding meals.The facility and grounds are well maintained. If anyone needs a great place to live I would suggest you visit Your Life Of Stuart.So glad we did.
