My brother is a resident in the Memory Care Unit at Symphony at Stuart for almost one year and my family and I can not say enough about how happy we are with this facility and the care my brother receives daily. The staff is available and responsive to all his care needs. He receives not just supervision to keep him safe and relatively happy he has great relationships with all staff who tend to his physical and psychological needs. They provide stimulating activities and interactions that help my brother to stay focused and entertained. He is clean, well fed, mostly happy and has truly adjusted to his illness and the changes that have affected who he use to be. I get pictures on a regular basis showing how he spends his day. He regularly is able to go out into the community to swim, play pool, take a cruise, attend celebrations and truly enjoy himself. The food is great and the facility is clean and well kept and positive assisting him to be the best person he can be daily. It is extremely difficult to find quality care but Symphony of Stuart exceeds our expectations on a daily bases. My brother attends church off grounds weekly and they provide local transportation for doctor and other appointment for a nominal fee which is very important to us. I trust they will make you feel good about how your loved one is doing. Check them out for the quality care your family member deserves.

The new memory care director is not the best choice. We pulled my mother out due to lack of experience and age (shes 21 years old and no degree). We are very upset with the choice of new employees symphony has recruited. We have moved to a new facility for my mother. We appreciate the past help of symphony but it just has gone down hill since Melissa has left.

I am a former employee. The 3 months I was at symphony I complained about harassment and bullying. This place is a hostile environment, it caused emotional distress on me. While I was working Thursday night 8/2/18 two of my coworkers decided to gang up on me so I defended myself, afterwards I went to HR and reported it, they said they will go over the videos and set up a meeting in the mean time write a statement. So for a witness I brought my boyfriend in Lesley Allen is the head of HR instead of greeting the my boyfriend she just stared him down, and didnt say a word mind you if any other person walked through that door she walked right up to them, then she had the nerve to call me and tell me my boyfriend isnt allowed on campus because he is a threat? What because hes black? Hes a quiet kid and never grown up in a bad neighborhood and hes an airplane mechanic! John Raychel is the lead cook my manager, Ive complained to him so many times he promised to take care of it and kept saying that he was going to fire those girls and never did and his excuse would be oh I need another head. I was also promised full time and they gave it to the girl who came in after me! This place is rediculous. Dont even get me started on how the CNAs treat the residents. Leaving them in bed until they get UTIs and Bladder infections! I already went to corporate and Im doing my best to move further with this case ! I went to the meeting on Friday 8/3/18 just for them to say they dont have the videos at the moment, also John sent out a message to everyone but me saying I was terminated and I had to find out through two coworkers of mine. Also, they ended up telling them that they dont have the videos of the incident anymore . !
