Orangewood Apartments

Clean, quiet complex...Yet, I have been told, that I could get help from the office, with the packet that one is required to read and complete, along with a background check taken by courthouse for filing.I've tried for several years, then waiting for the few 1 BR units, flooded during the last hurricane in our area, to be refurbished and wanting to file a form in the meantime...Having 'stopped by' the office NUMEROUS times, during the posted hours of operation, even 'hearing' the 'staff's active conversation with one another...without answering the locked office door, while still 'open', according to the posted office hours...not even to answer the phones, when calling from outside the office door. Every other time, they are not in, with the lights off and phones also going to answering machine.I have no option, with my limited income from disability benefits, but the one bedroomr subsidized Orangewood apartments...but to stay dependent on my own family, while even having to buy the food each month for the 3 of us, plus the remainder of my income on house upkeep. No 'home of my own' at 55 years old.
