The problem with the condition of the pond behind our home (which we paid a premium for) has not been rectified or resolved in the 22 months that we have lived here. It is not only disturbing for us to see it every day, but it is an embarrassment to have family and friends come here and look at this disgusting view. The wildlife we appreciated when we first moved in is all but gone. This pond needs either a fountain(s) to provide movement or better maintenance. Pulte should be ashamed of itself and i strongly advise anyone who asks not to buy here!

If There were zero stars thats what i would give this place. The Management company is horrible they don't respond to any inquires in a timely fashion, The Landscaping is included in our HOA fees but they have not cut our lawn in 5 weeks, This is an ongoing problem for the 2+ years we have lived here. After you buy your house you can forget about Pulte responding to any issues you have. They are Reactive not Proactive. The HOA Has rules but they are clearly not enforced, so whats the point? But you can bet that your HOA fees will go up every year. You Pay more and get less, I Would never recommend anyone buy hear and I strongly voice that opinion when asked. They advertise it as a gated community but its really not. They have openings for golf carts and motorcycles to get in if when the gates are closed, where is the security in that? Bottom Line look elsewhere.

Pulte promises that lawn care is included when you purchase a home in this development. Weeds and dead areas of sod have been ongoing issues in our backyard for almost 1 year. Little or no action has been taken to fix the situation. We pay monthly dues for lawn care but we are the ones who have had to weed and work at these dead areas of grass. When new landscapers took over this summer, we were told replacement sod had been ordered and we would be taken care of. They finally came out on Friday, fertilized and sprayed but decided the areas were showing growth. They are confident the bare areas of grass will fill in on their own. I guess we wait another year for that to happen unless we want to replace the sod ourselves. I would not encourage anyone to buy into this development.
