We moved mom from a memory care facility in the midwest to be closer to us. Before we made the decision to move mom, I interviewed twenty-one care facilities and toured eleven of the top memory care facilities in our area. Pelican Landing was the clear stand out in our view and we are so thankful to have mom living there now. The staff is top notch, caring and well trained in dealing with dementia. Added bonus is the facility is well maintained and beautiful. Pelican Landing also provides so many creative activities and engaging outings on a regular basis for the residents. We have been very pleased with the care mom is receiving there.

I find the staff to be very caring in the memory care unit and the unit director respond quickly to any issue. The lpns on the unit are caring and responsive also. Anne Kane

My grandmother lived in the memory care neighborhood for some months before passing. Everyone is really nice and took great care of her.

I can't express enough how wonderful this facility is. I searched for the perfect place to care for my mother in law and this is it. The facility is impeccable, Dana and his staff are over the top. The endless activities keep all the residence happy and active, the restaurant is great also! Everything is included at a very affordable price. As a family we know that she is safe and secure and well taken care of. The Leserra Family

my mothers care taker and Dana the director refuses to allow me to speak to my mother and I have no information of her health-customer service awful front desk has no phone etiquette. Again today found the staff unwilling to be helpful. I was told that all my mother would have to do for me to visit is put my name on the guest list. They have taken her phone away from her room so she can not call anyone in the event of a emergency I bought her a phone sent it to her and she callecalled me and said she is being treated as a prisonerLinda at the front desk wound even send some to her room to check on My mother is in danger there because they won't let her call her familyher she was to check in with me last night. She just needs help turning the phone I gave her on
