My father has been living there the past year and the staff has been very helpful, however I think it's a very difficult place for my father has had to adjust to.

One of their vans transporting individuals were driving through my neighborhood on Simmons road, if you are familiar with this road you will know that it has many blind curves, and this driver pulled out into simmons from a side street without even looking and I was incoming with a ups driver also a few yards ahead of us parked on our side of the road, and the driver almost hit me by pulling out without stopping to look first. so if this bus is transporting your mothers and fathers, I would be careful of the Transportation Arrangements. I called the number on the back of the van and let the lady know and she said she was going to let her supervisor know and I offered the tag but she was not interested so I'm just hoping she knows what van it is. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because of the benefit of the doubt that they don't stink as much as their driver does.

This is one of the worst places you can send a loved one. In the two years I worked there, there has been at least 5 directors. The place is more like a nursing home than an assisted living. The memory care area is sadly lacking for good help. Activities is in disarray. I have my 93 year old mother who is in a facility and would never let her go there.

THIS PLACE NEVER PAYS THEIR VENDORS ... IT'S LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO HAS FAMILY HERE. THEY GO THROUGH STAFF LIKE WATER THROUGH SIEVE.
