Raise the rent on all their tenants way

I visit here because my mom is living there. They continue to raise her rent and the day is going to come where she is not going to be able to afford living there based on her income. There are those there that are very friendly and then there is a certain group of residents who act as if they own the building and are nasty in the way that they treat you. My mom has lived in her apartment since day one. She's the only one who has been in the apartment. I think that if they make them sign an annual lease and agreement, then an annual inspection should be done by maintenance to make sure everything is ok and good working condition. My mom needs a new store in her apartment and has to put in maintenance requisition. For 4 years I had been on waiting list and I know of other people who moved in and I was never notified of opening. Wishing I could have moved my mom. She is not happy with changes and treatment there. No, not easy to get some help with moving her to better less expensive. They do not go by her income.. She doesn't live in one of the income based apartments. Ridiculous, all apartments should be income based.
