The ONE maintenance person is a nice lady, but she cannot keep up with everything. Corporate needs to hire additional help. Maybe then the nasty carpet on the main stairwell and in the halls can get vacuumed more than once or twice a year. They are ALWAYS filthy. Very disappointing. The apartments are nice-sized and the building is set way off the road, which is very nice. Activities for the senior residents are nice and the pool and public restrooms are kept clean. For these reasons, I give it 3 stars. If it was based on cleanliness of the carpets, it would get 1 star.
