My husband and I built a home in Del Webb Ponte Vedra in 2015 and while we did have a few hiccups, Pulte was quick to offer a solution and they were always respectful and nice to us. We loved our house and neighbors! We found that a small, cozy house was perfect for us since we were outside most of the time. We had to sell and moved back to MN in 2018 for my job but fully intend to move back and either build or buy a resale again in Del Webb. The Del Webb lifestyle and community was perfect for us. There is something for everyone at every +55 age group. And so easy to make friends!

Update: We have now been here for a couple of years and we are still impressed with the quality of our home. We feel very fortunate to live here. We love our community! The quality of our home is outstanding and the Del Webb professionals we interacted with as we purchased, built and lived in our home have been fantastic. Del Webb is laser focused on customer satisfaction.
