My Dearest Friend John, a Double War Veteran, was there, which as a Veteran, I felt what was Best that John Went to the VA ~ My Friend John had been here about a month until I was able to go see my dear friend. I Noticed how grease had overtaken his hair, nearly as if John were using Crisco daily. Then I saw mold growing on John's legs & arms that looked as if it were ''scabs'' from possible cuts or scrapes, which Clearly indicated my friend had NOT BEEN BATHED!We left and I had noticed how filthy & Disrespectful This place Really Is! The employees there, were too busy socializing. A woman had been using one Foot 'trying to get to her lunch'... Why wasn't This Lady Escorted? I went again, maybe 2 weeks later, it was Worse! Let me Express This before I Share How I Fixed the Major Decree of Neglect, Only For John I'm Certain! This 2nd time visiting John, while his 'woman handeling' Finances Only, I took the Opportunity to go to John's side of the small room, that looks to be an old annex from the 60's, Still using the Same TV Dinners from back days. The Only thing that Held Me Back from Visiting Every Day, or Close to it, was financial & I'm disabled. No Matter, Since My 1st & 2nd Visits & After All John Did For America & Americans, they' was No Way I'd Leave My Buddy Down! Hoorah! ! After the 2nd I asked the woman if I could possibly go with her the Next visit... PLEASE.Near 2 weeks later we walked in John's Room & John was Panicking, discussing confusing statements & was looking for his cell phone. It was in his hand Already. So I went Close to John & Using 'First Responders' techniques to bring John's anxiety down & hello John feel safe and everything is okay Buddy John would Certainly Require a 'Buddy' Right Now! Then I left John's Room looking for Any Staff! Finally I found one who was Lost Herself. Another woman's name was Literally Screamed Out For. ?? Well the Head of Nurses Helping Hands Was Called & I Was Clear Who John IS & John IS Getting Bathed, Fresh Sheets on his bed, the Crusted Layers of Yuck on John's Table was, the Curtains, window and ledge need to be washed & sanitized. I Demanded Immediate Action Now! It was Sad, Painful, Crushing, Emotional & Wrong on So Many different Levels! May John RIP & All of John's Sudden Are Gone! Every 'Buddy' & Friends Loved This Great Man! John went Home to Heaven sometime That evening. John Had His Respect!! Only Due to God, & an Irishman's Demands!! If You Are Looking For A Caring Place to Entrust Your Family Member or Loving Friend ~Do Not Take Them Here!! I am a Christian so I know it Best to Bring all of my Everything's to Our Lord. This Time, I Need to let people down here Understand WHAT it's Really Like at this Place Known as, 'Nurses Helping Hands'. It's the Right Thing to Do in This Situation! I Cleared Myself with Jesus & Maybe the'Story of John' Will Help in Your Best Decision. May Good Bless Your Loved Ones & remember, your Primary Care Doctor's Referral Specialist will Help you find a New Place with More Reviews, watch for duplicates as I've seen it happen a lot, and really Look at How Many Reviewed to 'Create' a false 5 Star Place. My Best & Tonight I'll Pray Specifically For God's Direction Super Finding the Better Place to Help who You are Helping!
