Coming from a hospital where I was diagnosed with fractured pelvic bone, I was greeted warmly by every single person we encountered while on the stretcher, Welcome to Chatsworth. This was to prove a good sign of the way people react here. They must be well by their employer. Every department from nursing, aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, activities directors, kitchen, laundry, etc. went out of their way to not only meet my needs but to anticipate them. My eight week stay was as pleasant an experience as possible. They really care for you. To top it off, the food is good.

My mother had a fall and has been at Chatsworth for over a month doing rehabilitation. The facility is spotless and well maintained. The rooms are beautiful and are made to feel like a room in your home. Most importantly, after having had experiences in a couple other facilities, the staff at Chatsworth is most notable. They are friendly, polite and do not leave the patient feeling as though they are a nuisance. This has been the biggest problem I have seen with other facilities. My mother has no memory issues and she confirms that the level of care is consistent even when I am not present.

As a staff member and someone who has worked in skilled nursing care for many years I can confidently recommend Chatsworth at PGA National to friends, family and potential residents. We have loving team members who have been here for years, excellent support from our corporate partners and a standard of care higher than most!!
