I have worked with HomeInstead for almost a year now. I love the staff. My patients are not just clients nor patients. They are family. I love doing what i do. The owners are very understanding when things come up within your life and they are there to help out what ever is the case. If i could give more than5 stars i would.

I have been very pleased with the amount of help and attention we are receiving from our Home Instead Caregiver! I dont know what I would do without my mothers caregiver. It has been such a big relief to find someone I can leave my mother with and still have piece of mind. I highly recommend Home Instead for Dementia and Alzheimers caregiving

I've only been working for Home Instead for almost 3 months now but I absolutely love my job(s) with my clients. And the owner and staff are very compassionate and they accept me as i am. I hope to stay with this company till my retirement arrives.

This is absolutely the worst home care company. I have never seen such a lack of compassion for clients! Not to mention for employees. The office staff is continually changing because of the toxic environment. There is an extremely high turn over with caregivers. The owner has no regard for her business and is solely motivated by the monetary value of her clients. More often then not, my fellow caregivers and I do everything we can to help our patients. But the company is under extremely poor management and this causes the caregivers who truly care for the patients to leave to find better employment. Please save your loved one the heartache and potential mistreatment!
