Very clean Rehab. Great care. . The Altimezers, DEMNETIA care is short staffed at times. After 2 yrs going there to visit your loved one, Ive got my favorites. My visits are usually after 3Pm . I know thev 2nd Shift Nurse Assistants. The same Assistant cares for same residents. Than her days off, i know who covers her. ,also i know the RN,S who work In DEMNETIA and Altimezers Care. 2ND Shift . I pop in on 1St once in awhile. Its just a sad thing to watch.Ive worked in Memory care, Its hard to interact with most if them.. GOOD JOB to all THE STAFF

Big disappointment in the care. They were lazy. Delivered items were lost. Given the situation with the virus I know it was a stressful time to be in a facility. But I was on WhatsApp with my mom to witness some conversations with my mom and it was deplorable.

Hawthorne Village Nursing an Rehab has a very dedicated rehabilitation team who strive very hard to get your loved one back on their feet. They do so in a caring . patient an fun manner. Nursing is attentive an upper management will address any concerns. The building is clean. Food is pretty tasty an they try hard to meet your wishes.

As a new employee with Hawthorne Village of Ocala, I am in awe of the care that I have seen given to the residents. The staff interaction with the residents is so compassionate and loving.
