My Aunt is a resident at this facility and they are amazing. The facility is always spotless clean, never smells, and the food looks great. All of the employees are caring and kind to the residents. It's been very difficult to make the decision to put my Aunt in a facility, and being at this facility has made the process easier. Pauline is the director and she an amazing individual, who treats the residents with respect and kindness. She cares about all of them like family, and makes sure they are safe. They take the residents places, and always have activities going on for the residents. If you are faced with the difficult decision of putting your loved one in a facility, this place will put your worries and mind at ease.

My mother was in residence here from May 2016 until two weeks ago. Pauline and her staff are loving and caring people doing an incredible job. The accommodations are lovely. Food service is great. If you are looking for a facility to provide care to an elderly loved one, consider visiting North Port Pines and see for yourself - you will not be disappointed.
