Did not take good care of my grandfather Richard and pushed me over the edge for a wile will probably sue them for damages.i am fine now after getting back on pills for my PTSD.

A wonderful community dedicated to offering residents the opportunity to live as independently as possible with kindness and dignity. Residents and staff treat one another as family. Great place to work as well.

When it's time to move a parent into an assisted-living facility, it can be tough to figure out which is the best fit. The Palms of Longwood helped create a smooth transition to my moms new home. They understand that family is an important role for their residents and go above and beyond to include us in moms care plan, as well as make us feel welcomed at every visit. I sincerely appreciate all they do for my mom, especially Kim and Shelby!

My grandmother has lived at the Palms of Longwood for a few years. My family and I looked at many facilities before moving her. The staff were very outgoing and the administrator Kim was very helpful! We are very happy with the care that she receives. The staff are great with her. We have recommended this facilty to others.
