My mom lives at Serenades and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. My mom lived in 2 different memory care facilities (out of state) before coming here and we did not get the best quality of care. We found Serenades and moved her down to Florida and my mom has never been happier! The facility is always clean plus has an amazing courtyard for the residents to use whenever. The staff is always wonderful and I get phone call and text updates regularly on my mom..which has been amazing during the pandemic when we cant regularly go see her. My mom stays well groomed and active and I highly recommend sending a loved one here. Wendy helped us moved in a year ago and is always so sweet and available to help us with any questions or concerns that come up. We love Serenades at Longwood!

My aunt has resided at Serenades by Sonata at Longwood since 2015. The care she receives has been exceptional. The staff is kind and compassionate, and always available to help or answer a question. She feels well cared for and our family feels the same way.Everyone at Serenades is involved in my aunts care. I receive frequent communications and updates from the staff and appreciate the accessibility of management. Anytime I or my family visit we are greeted by friendly faces and I am always amazed at how everyone is aware of my aunts status, from the immediate caregivers to management. It is truly a team effort to make certain the residents are well cared for and comfortable. We appreciate the hands on approach and attention to detail.

My family has been so happy with the care that the staff at Serenades Longwood has provided for my father. We were sure the transition from home to memory care would be so difficult but the managers, nurses, and caregivers helped both my father and all our family through this difficult time. We never expected that my father would do so much better than he did at home. He is happy and socializing and even participating in their activities something we never thought he would do. Thanks to everyone at Serenades for loving our dad!
