Del Webb Bexley

We closed on our new home in Del Webb Bexley a month ago and relocated from Virginia. We were fortunate to have a great sales agent, Renee Gatian and field manager, Ian Shott. When you live out of town, you have to rely on others to keep you informed on progress since you cant drive over and check it out for yourself. Both Renee and Ian were great at keeping us updated as we moved from the sales stage into construction. Ian sent us an email every Friday morning with a status update and pictures so we could see the progress. The construction process took just over 4 months.There are 9 floor plans (3 for each of the 3 lot sizes) and many different front elevations to choose from so you can find just the right home for you. We love the fact that all of the landscape maintenance is included in the HOA fees so we dont have to do it ourselves or hire anyone. We are looking forward to taking advantage of all the amenities at the Meridian which recently began a phased opening due to COVID-19. We are thrilled with our new home and have had a couple of warranty items that needed attention, but they were dealt with promptly and professionally. Del Webb/Pulte builds a quality product and stand behind it. We are looking forward to making many new friends in this great community.

Well built home in a beautiful community. My field manager, Ian Shott, was the best. I LOVE my new home

Lovely community and the build process was smooth and handled extremely well. From the salesperson, Amanada Piersiek, to the Build Project Manager, Harrison Hall, the process was easy and everyone was helpful. All questions were answered very quickly, any issues addressed. I love my new home. I also think the models are very well laid out.
