Grand Villa of Lakeland

Not a 5 star because there is always room for improvement. But Grand Villa of Lakeland does hold true to 'Where it looks like home and feels like family. I am excited each day coming into work because another opportunity as a worker to bring joy to the community. I admire that there is activities during the day time to keep residents occupied ( you'll be surprised to see how creative these folks can be). I admire the coming together of workers to make the day run smooth as possible, it is not a one man show. Fine dinning for residents, even burger is served stylish. I like how proactive management is, there is always an answer and solution for everything here. I value the residents we have here and I am proud to be apart of this community. For us the residents are our grandmother, mother, grand aunts, uncles, grandfather, father and best friends. Therefore they are our families too. Management is continually working on getting the right persons in here that will go over and beyond the call of duty and I believe I am one such person

I Really Love Working At Grand Villa In The Dietary Department Helping All The Residents And Putting A Smile On All There Faces Seeing them happy makes me even happier I'm just so grateful to be apart of a great company that's why I love helping everyone whenever I canI also love how friendly everyone is especially the management I'm so happy to be apart of the family at Grand Villa It's felt like home from the first day I walked into the building
