I visited this facility initially looking for a temporary place and they were so wonderful and caring that my parents have moved into the assisted living together. Alexander, Jen and Tonya all provided exceptional support to our entire family during this transition. The facility is bright and clean and everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. My parents enjoy the meals and the activities and are making new friends. Having my parents at HarborChase has given me peace of mind that they have the help they need in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

I am not impressed so far Becky! And I have to call you on your review, you are their regional sales director! As for exception culinary experience, I am not impressed. The food served in the memory care is lukewarm at best. Food is served multiple times before discarded, an example, the tomato soup is used to make the seafood soup. Housekeeping is not one of the the fortes for HarborChase. My mother's room was not cleaned or mopped very often. Just today, her bed was stripped in the morning and had NOT been made after dinner. My father had to go into the laundry room, which was not locked, to get my mother's sheets, bedspread and blankets AND make the bed. Right now, I am not impressed with this place, the caregivers, the housekeeping, or the food!
