Beware of flood zone! The property is beautiful, however the flooding that occurs with hurricanes with require mandatory evacuation of residents with hurricanes. The damage from Hurricane Irma destroyed my moms place leaving her nothing. Everything was destroyed. Thankful and blessed she has her family however, nothing will replace the family treasures she lost in her home... contact with Good Samaritan was difficult at best, be aware of your loved ones that may reside here.

My mother moved here over a year ago. She loves her apt. The apartment was redone. It looks great. The issue is that Good Samaritan sold this property. Since then everything has been completely unorganized. They claim they have bus service to take residents to the stores. Sometimes this doesn't happen because one of the two bus drivers go on vacation. If that's the case there WILL BE NO BUS SERVICE for the poor people who don't drive for a week. Try calling the office and NOBODY CARES. The new company seems to be in the business of sraping by and doing as little as possible for the residents.
