Owned an apt here for over 10yrs. Each unit except for the ocean facing units which are larger, are all floor plan alike. Each unit has its own cosmetic differences. Each unit has one long 'greatroom' area. There are 2 large bedrooms each with their own bath roomThe grounds are very well maintained and the pool is a perfect place to hang outThere is a wonderful beach and the fishing pier is one of the best in Key Colony beach.The new property manager is great, Ed Carey is his name and he will be your contact person 24/7 Ed is such a wonderful change from the previous manager. She never figured out out her job was to make owners and renters have a fun and relaxing stay.Some of the older owners will disagree with this statement because she made sure they were WELL taken care of.Now you go and relax and have fun(within reason )A stay at Sunset Beach Apts would be a great destination for the entire family. Make sure you take your wifi equipped devices as the entire complex has wifi coverage. There are several restaurants within walking distance,with my personal fav. Sparky' with a happy hour from 4 to 6 daily.
