My sister who suffered a stroke has joined the Grand Oaks family. It is truly a gift that we found such a wonderful home for her. She is living independently for the first time in over 2 years and has a smile on her face. They assist her in the needs she has, yet allow her to do the things she loves. Kathy says she feels like she's on a cruise with so many things to do daily. She recently went out on a boat and expressed to me that she almost cried with happiness. Kathy never thought she would be out on water again. When you join the Grand Oaks Family look her up she is friendly and kind. The kindness in Grand Oaks is cantagious according to Kathy. What a compliment to the staff and residents!!!!

It's a sad place to work. You never have enough staff because management doesn't know how to treat their workers there. You are overworked because of less staff.
