Lot rent increases annually. For over 55 residents on fixed incomes, this is a burden. Fire ant infestations rampant. Management refuses to even consider doing anything about it. Shuffleboard court (one of the 'Amenities' advertised and noted in their 'Prospectus') is so uneven, it is a hazard to even walk across it, much less play a game on it.
