Things were taken from moms room...this place was short staffed. They had office staff, nurses and other staff working the kitchen. Moms room was not cleaned...wet towels were thrown into her hamper and molded. Staff talk to residents about how over worked they are.. not the kinda place I wanted my mom to be.. so bad..I paid close to $4000 to get her out of there... Im so glad I did! Shes (94) thriving at Hunters Crossing right now.

So nasty! It smells so bad and they do not take care of their residents at all. Don't ever let your family member go here.

they treat their residents horrible and they are served meals that you can not even identify.. I'm not sure how they get away with this its awful

I have nothing but good things to say for the staff at this Harbor Chase facility. They cared for my loved one for two years in their memory care unit and always showed her the utmost kindness and care. I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to use them again. From the administration, to the resident staff, to the cook and handy man - they were all kind and considerate and helpful.
