Decent place, good upkept, and turkeys walking around.

My parents enjoy it here and I enjoy visiting. The grounds are okay; it could use a lot more plants. It's mostly just boring-old grass with a few bushes. The lakes (lagoons?) are plentiful and have decent fishing. It's nice to wake up, walk for 5 minutes, and have your rod in the water at 6am.

It's a quiet community with all the amenities. Neighbors are all wonderful.
