Not happy at all. Staff was not at all what you would expect in this kind of facility. I believe residents should be treated with more dignity and compassion. My mother was treated indifferently, but said nothing for fear they would do something to her or ignore her altogether.

This place is horrible and they don't care about people. My mother died there recently and the way they handled such a tragic loss was horrific! They will not release my mother's personal belongings to me. I have left many messages for staff, administration, and management and they have not returned my calls. They should loose their license. Please DO NOT put anyone you love or care about in this institution. Beware of their unethical behaviors!

If you are looking for a place where your loved one is more than just a number but part of a family then Willow Bay is the place for you. The staff is loving and caring and treats them as if it was their own family.

I would recommend willow bay to anyone they provided care and compassion to my friend in her final days and weeks of her life the staff are professional and courteous

this is a very scary place. Once your loved one is in there, they will be at risk in many ways. Be very careful , they say all the right things to get you to sign, but once your loved one is in there, they are unavailable, especially the nurse.
