Great place for elderly

If you want to take Your love one to be Neglected and Die, great place to start, Lucky I took my mother out from there. Nursing manager and social worker are idiots

My sister has been at this facility for rehab for 2 weeks. She is able to access her surroundings, communicate her needs and share her opinion with me. She has not expressed any displeasure with the facility other than monotony with the food choices. She is a picky eater so I chalk this up to her personal attitude towards food. The food I have seen looks and smells acceptable. I make a point to visit her several times a week and at unexpected times. While the building and the surrounding area is historical - they have tried to remodel to make the place attractive. New floors and fresh paint. The facility smells clean and there is never a mess on the floors or in the rooms. The front office staff is friendly and available any time during working hours. I have not experienced bad behavior with the nursing staff. Mostly they are very busy and don't have too much time to spend chatting with visitors. We are considering placing my sister into their independent living area. I will update this review after we have had an assessment period.

I can tell you not to take your loved ones to this center. I start by noting that there is no special care for patients. Nurses mistreat patients and when they know they are going to visit, family members modify in the kitchen so that the food arrives early. Do not take them if you want to have them stable.

It's very upsetting when the people need help and the nurses and CNA roll their eyes and don't speak english. My husband went in on a Friday and had to use the bathroom Saturday he was still waiting they said he needed to wait till monday for therapy to come help him . Sunday I had to fight with these people so he could finally get to bath room. Then the nurse yelled in the hallways that I need to leave my husband alone then they start talking what ever it is they talk .I would love to see them hold their bowels for 3 days. DONT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES THERE !IT DID'NT MATTER I WAS THERE EVERYDAY!
