Some rather disturbing incidences have been occurring at this particular facility. When I checked their licencing status mid August it was expired & 'pending' renewal. The staff being now overseen by a Polly Sheppard has a way of convincing residents to take full controll of their funding & finances without the familys knowledge. Then when the resident needs or wants anything they go without being told ' your out of money OR corporate will send you a check' Look out for your loved ones please. People like Polly Sheppard, Alicia, Jenny, & Michelle have zero professional skills on the phone & in person. They need to be held accountable for their actions. The facility is susposed to be a home for people who need help not a living HELL.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! It's unsafe, unclean, uncaring, dangerous to your health and safety. Only a very small number of staff actually care for the residents. Very unprofessional.
