Denise started too assist me in finding an assisted independent living facility and we had just started to visit places when the covid 19 virus shut down our visits, but she still helped me visit virtually. After considering all 5 that I had visited I chose the Discovery Village of Melbourne.Denise put together a team to sell my home and arrange an estate sale of my furnishings along with helping me move to Discovery Village. Which they are in the process of accomplishing this.(a work in process). Still, none of this would be possible without the kind, knowledgeable and professionalism of Denise. I cannot more highly recommend Ally and Denise than I am. Diffidently a FIVE STAR operation.Denise is still assisting in this project which is still on going.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Due to recent events I have entered into the world of elderly needs and care for my 82 yo mother. Cape Canaveral Hospital recently directed me to Jessica at Ally Senior Living Consultants (ASLC). What a godsend Jessica and the ASLC has been !! Jessica has been so compassionate, knowledgeable and highly responsive in helping me navigate and understand the elderly care and processes. I am so appreciative and grateful for the time, research, information and guidance that Jessica and the ASLC are providing me. It is through their knowledge, experience and legwork that will allow me and my family to make the best , well informed decision on an securing a living environment based on my mother's revolving health and needs. Ally Senior Living Consultants helped me to locate a Senior Assisted Living Facility near my home. My 94 year old dad didnt want to live with his kids, and was reluctant to move into an ALF. Ally helped us find a very nice facility, that Dad loves. Thanks Kelly for all your hard work and precious time. We appropriate you!! I cannot say enough good or how grateful I am to Kelly. she is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, passionate, and kind. what she could not answer for me she consulted her partner and if her partner did not have the answer they both worked to get it and or resolve any situation that arose from beginning to current because they are still assisting me even though we found a good and safe home for my grandfather.I thought that I was going on a vacation to see my papaw, it was my son's spring break and my papaw fell the night before we got there. at that time my family realized he could no longer live alone and needed 24 hour care. I had 4 days to figure out what I was going to do and I was overwhelmed and very emotional. I flew in Tuesday night, called Kelly as soon as I landed on wed she picked up myself and my 12 year old child and had several places lined up and ready for us to view. she drove me to each place and basically held my hand , asked all the questions i did not know to ask, looked for all the things I did not know to look for. I decided on a home, her job was technically done but she went even further and kept her schedule open and was willing to help me move my grandfather into the facility. After we got him all moved in there were some concerns and I had already had to leave so Kelly and her business partner have continued to assist me by going and sitting with my papaw and keeping and eye in things since I cannot be there to do so. she has addressed any and all concerns or questions I have had and has done so immediately.I absolutely could not have done this without her help. I was clueless, lost, emotional, did not know where to begin and had never done anything like this. I would use them again, i would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I cannot say enough about Kelly and in all this I gained a friend.Thank you Ally Senior Living Consultants and Kelly!!! You truly made this whole terrible thing so much easier. I could not of done this without you.

Great company with tons of knowledge. Both owners have medical backgrounds, which really comes in handy during the search for an Alf. They actually care and take their time to find the right fit for their clients. Would use them again and highly recommend to a loved one.
