Eileen was rude and hung up on me when i tried to reach my parents. Place is going down hill quick. Old, dirty and hurting for upgrades. Exterior hasn't been pressure washed since 1964

I went on a tour & loved everything I love to swim but unfortunately they don't accept Medicaid I've been at Solaris for about 3 years and am very unhappy!!! The food is horrible also. What the Director says he will do doesn't happen!

So very sad the care that is given here. So regret my mother being placed here. Any wounds you have will be neglected despite a so called wound care nurse doing visits. Stage 4 for my mothers wounds once put at this facility and MRSA contracted in her wounds. Ended with osteomyelitis also, sadly. Was never bed ridden till this facility decided to do so. And of course she passed away. Rude staff does not come close in describing. Everyone is annoyed if you call. Many regrets

I just have a question if anyone can help does this facility provide CNA training class because online it says they do but I'm just asking to double check thank you.

Good patient care. Disorganized Management. Cryptic physical therapy. If you don't chase them down, you don't get info. The staff however treated the patient quite well. That was nice to see.
