Run from this place. My family flew in explicitly to tour this place and it was confirmed several times. Janet Timpano, the leasing director, was a no-show and never called, emailed, or provided a replacement to show us the place. The lone woman at the front desk was nasty. We flew into two airports, half of us picking my mother up in Ft. Lauderdale and driving 5 1/2 hours. We me the others there to encounter this. I received a message 3 days later saying 'Sorry I couldn't be there. Give me a call.' Are you kidding? Previously she even had the nerve to bark at me when I said I would mail the application papers early so that in the event something was missing there would be time to chase it up. She didn't want the inconvenience of it not being perfect the first time. There was no doubt in our minds that in the event of a hurricane, people's loved ones would be on their own.

I am a nurse and often go to different settings to check on patients as well as collect information for insurance claims. I must say that I was so impressed by this Independent Living Facility. It is absolutely gorgeous. I like the fact that they have activities and encourage their residents to be active members. Anyone looking to downsize to a smaller place, this is highly recommended.

My grandmother lived here for 3 years. It was a safe place and there were plenty of activities for her. When she moved out they kept her entire security deposit claiming 'damages' which were actually fictitious. I have a suspicion that this company routinely practices this type of fraudulent activity to boost revenues. If you are considering moving in or out, get video recording of the condition of the residence so you can contest the bogus charges.
