It's a nice place to live. Some of the staff are rude. Some of the residents think they are owners. It is nice to be in the dinning room and have the water right across the street. The bad part is there are no activities and no bus to take us to activies they keep saying they are working on getting one but I ve been here over 3 years and it hasn't happend

Not that it really matters( referring to where it says it was originally built as a nursing home). While I was working there, I contacted the Clearwater Historical Society and I was told this house was originally a single family home in the early 1900s. Then it later became apartments or a boarding house. Then it became a nursing home and presently Edgewater Retirement Manor. Before the house was built, there was a cabin that sat on this property. Heres my review....This is a very nice place. It has homey comfortable feeling. The residents are well taken care of by a great staff.
