My mother-in-law stayed there and the staff there is wonderful and the skilled nursing is fantastic and the rooms are very nice and livable! They have activities and they go shopping and they go on outings The other residents are very nice and respectful of each other Definitely take a tour because its a lot more affordable than you think,I recommend you sit down with somebody to answer any and all questions you might have! Thank you Brookdale of Bonita Springs for taking such good care of my mother-in-law!

I went in for a tour a few days ago. They're redoing some apartments and they came out very nice. Prices are great. The girl who toured us texted us pictures of the smaller apartment that we liked so we can show our mom

Theodore Dan has had exceptional and dedicated care. His physical therapy has been consistent and he has benefitted greatly.

My father moved there in November, 2017. At the time, there was no Executive Director in place, though that was not disclosed to us. Later, in January 2018 they hired a new woman as Executive Director and she was pretty incompetent. During the roughly 6 month period January - June 2018 the facility was without a transport van because there had been an 'accident' and they could not transport any of the residents, nor could they replaced the van or get it fixed in a timely manner. The most disturbing thing, however, was the treatment of my father, who had mild Alzheimer's disease. They were supposed to take him to a doctor's appointment. Instead, they called an uber, and the uber driver dropped him off at the wrong place without bothering to escort him or check him in. He was wondering around some strange office building not knowing where he was supposed to be. Eventually, someone at the office figured it out and I was called as was his doctor. I believe the doctor, after hearing of this treatment, reported the facility to state authorities but I am not sure. So much for their level of 'assisted' living. The place was a joke.
