My parents are at the memory care area. I cat say much as they are still there at 1 year although have been put on notice to move because my Dad, at 92, is too much of a fall risk for this facility.

After visiting a few other retirement type communities in Central Florida we decided that Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs was the place we wanted my in-laws to reside. They are by far the friendliest folks in the business of elder care and it shows in all they do. They are kind, fair, and understanding and that goes for everyone we dealt with from the receptionist to the management staff. I highly recommend you give them a call to check them out before you make any decision on where to place your loved ones.

My mom has been here for over a year. Just yesterday she said it feels like home. The words sounded so sweet, as that is all you ever want for your mom. The staff is amazing. Samantha, the Executive Director, actually answers the phone! She is a problem solver if ever a need arises. My mother is safe, secure and happy, thanks to Grand Villa!

Mom did not want to move out of my home to the Grand Villa memory care unit, and for a few weeks there we were all miserable. However the staff is so kind, caring and patient, I hoped that it would just be a matter of time before she would settle in. And that's what's happened. She has finally started to socialize, enjoys the meals, gets into the trivia games, and flirts a little too much. Both of our lives have improved a lot. The wonderful staff makes all the difference. <3
