I previously gave a negative review based on the move in process, but after living here for almost a year I have to amend my review. The building, the neighborhood, the people-everything is perfect. With the current Covid-9 situation, both my wife and I have said more than once how lucky we are to live here. They have taken every single precaution, and have been completely transparent. Safe, clean and well managed. The front desk people have been hanging in there as well. Thank you all for everything you do. If you have to move, move here.

We have been living at Park Van Ness for 4 months now and it has been a wonderful experience! I have really enjoyed the apartment. The location, amenities and service are fantastic. Everyone is very helpful and nice.

The Good:- Friendly and caring staff - Beautiful amenities - Solid location with plenty of shops and things to do nearby- Very safe building and surrounding neighborhood - Efficient appliances = low utility bills The Bad:- There is a strong core of smokers who seem to care as much about the smoke-free lease agreement as they do their lungs- In my two years of living here, there hasn't been much done to address smoking (Both cigarettes and marijuana)The Ugly:- Cars with diplomat tags on them seem to treat the garage like it's a NASCAR speedway- Entrance to front circle literally destroys cars, mostly Ubers and Lyfts, with low undercarriage clearance- Good luck making a left turn on to Connecticut Ave when exiting the garage

The new management in this place is horrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want lack of communication and cutthroat attitude from a manager who suppose to help, good luck, you will find those there!! Their goal is to get their money and not care one bit about their tenants. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. Once you have a problem you will wish that you never stepped foot inside that building!
