My mom didnt get to therapy at her scheduled time. Apparently, to her assigned CNA, long term patients come first. My mother never made her scheduled therapy session the entire time she was there. The male supervisor on the rehabilitation side didnt seem to care about my mothers wellbeing. Rude remarks were made on my mothers behalf. The director of nursing couldnt care less about the problems we were having. I would never send another member of my family to brackenville center. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! This so called skilled facility is a joke!

The first two years when we were paying out of pocket werent too bad but the last few months our mom is now medicare so now all of a sudden they cant handle her.....we have no say in it and theyve kicked her out! We got 48 hours and again no say in where and no more money. We were assured more than once her care wouldnt change but it has! Shes 87 with dimentia and has allegedly gone into two other rooms to which we requested that they lock the wheels on her wheelchair but they said no because that takes away her rights...their solution is to kick her out!!! Awful place with a terrible nursing director who does not care about the residents or their care! No recommendations would come from our family for this place! I give it a negative
