The personnel here are professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Special thanks to the therapists (OT/PT) who always had a smile, were friendly, and really cared about me. My sessions in the gym were wer highlight of the day!

After having hip surgery, I chose to use Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove to do out-patient therapy. After 6 wonderful visits with physical therapist Heather, I was back to myself. The staff was easy to talk to and was a joy to work with. I would recommend anyone that needs outpatient or in patient therapy services to consider Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove as the place to go.

Mrs. Rose is a long term resident that came to our facility for rehab. After spending a month in rehab, she decided to become a long term resident. Her husband also decided to join her as a long term resident. We accommodated them so they can be across from each other. When speaking with her, she says it is so clean here and that she has never ate a meal here that she did not like. She said she feels like she is in a restaurant when she goes to the dinning room. Everyone is so helpful and waits on you. She feels like since her husband has been here, he has become more social and his mind is sharper.

My dad came in for rehab with a terible back and pain going down right side. He is 83 and mobile. He could hardly move. He has now been here 20 plus days. The staff is super amazing, caring, gentle, suportive and truly love their patients. The place is spotless. Furniture is a tad bit dated and food is not great. But staff and service outlay those two items. My dad is doing better thanks to everyone at Autumn Care.

The rehabilitation staff is wonderful but that is all. The medical staff is inept and the nurses and CNAs are lazy. If you or a loved one ends up at this place please have an advocate. Also you can call Adult Protective Service or an Ombudsman for help.
