Great place to live, i can walk to the supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc. Old building but in good shape.

the villagio should not be considered appropriate housing no matter the need. the facility is in violation of numerous codes established by the 2015 international building codes (ibc), which were adopted by the town's building department as per ordinance no. 977. owners and managers are in flagrant violation of various state landlord/tenant laws concerning landlord rights and responsibilities related to maintenance. the following outlines only a few of the many ibc code violations:1. grading and drainage (302.2)2.. weeds (302.4)3. exterior structure unsafe conditions (304.1.1)4. exterior structure protective treatment (304.2)5. interior structure unsafe conditions (305.1.1)6. interior surfaces (305.3)7. component serviceability unsafe conditions (306.1.1)8. plumbing systems, general (504.1)9. sanitary draining systems maintenance (506.2)10. automatic sprinkler systems (704.1.1)the above is only a partial listing of the gross negligence at the villagio that have taken place over the years. there are more issues regarding the deplorable condition of the foundations, plumbing, floors and subfloors, plumbing, electrical, etc. do yourself a great big favor and steer clear of the villagio senior living center, it is unsafe, unhealthy, a blight to the community and a ripoff to it's tenants.

Positive friendly staff and residents

Absolute worst place in the world to live. Ridiculous - not a senior living facility at all. The mgmt is loud and drunk and scary. The place is falling down.
