My mother is suffering from a traumatic brain injury and has been in quarantine for the last 10 days. Even during these crazy times, the staff has been very professional and has relayed information in a timely manner. The medical staff from Rocky Mountain Senior Care has been excellent as well.

Mother in Law just arrived 4 days ago. Her room floor was sticky and filthy, with an old 20 in tv on a nightstand (no other furniture besides her bed). NO AC (seems like the entire wing is lacking AC) 100 degree temperatures during the day 80+ at night! We put up a sign on her closet 'FAMILY WILL DO LAUNDRY' and yet ALL of her clothes disappeared within the same day, no note no notice. left without a nightgown. 3 days so far, all they gave her to wear was old thin hospital pants and a SWEATSHIRT! They say the clothes were taken to be labeled however, family is doing her laundry!!!! 3 days later NO AC yet.

Why won't you answer the phone most of the time so We can get updated on my mom and so We can speak to our mom? Last time I tried to get a zoom meeting the equipment failed then my next meet got forgotten. My mom sleeps and gets no showers from the little info from You I get. I we miss her so much our heart breaks and you dont care!

I've been a resident here since Christmas, 2017. I suffer from cardiomyopathy, diabetes, a severely arthritic hip, and other medical issues.Twice now, social workers on staff have threatened me with being discharged from the facility based on unfounded and irrational complaints from roommates. Both attempts failed, but I certainly don't need the added stress.I simply want to be left alone to pursue my hobbies of reading and blogging. I have done nothing that deserves the negativity of these social workers, who might be dealing with other residents who actually are disruptive.

Terrible place!!! Please do not bring any of your family here, they don't care about any of the residents just there and when that runs out they will kick you out, my mother was there, she was very I'll and the nursing staff didn't care and did nothing I kept telling them she is very sick and to call the doctor, they didn't, my brother showed up and she was unresponsive, died 2 days later, the director of the place don't care only there for a pay check. PLEASE DON'T BRING ANY OF YOUR RELATIVES THERE BAD FACILITY also they let residents drink alcohol and smoking marijuana on the property. Bad facility DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR RELATIVES HERE!! if they don't like the residents family they will kick them out
