The staff is rude. They straight faced take a lot of money from these seniors without much to show for it. Granted COVID has been a game changer. Regardless, we're moving mom out, and would not refer anyone to this community.

There are not enough words to express how amazing Bonaventure Thornton and the staff are! Diego, Brittany, Gloria, Susan and Jamie demonstrate incredible customer service and clearly care about the residents. The caregivers (Kiara, Dede, Kelly, Seth, Jorge, Francisco and all the others!) have contagiously enthusiastic attitudes and are without a doubt some of the most kind people you can ever meet!From the minute you walk in the door, you feel this is a happy place where great things happen. The activities are plentiful, meaningful and relevant. I have never been able to say I fully trust an assisted living facility . . . until now! I know my mom is safe and well taken care of at Bonaventure of Thornton.

My mom moved in April 2019 to independent living. All the employees are so nice. They treat my mom like she is part of their family. Each and every employee from the director to the cleaning staff make my mom feel safe and cared for.
