It's company housing so you have to be working for the ski company to live there, and you'll be surrounded by a very diverse mix of ski bums. The housing itself is pretty nice for such a place, nice views, clean modern apartments, on-site laundry, ample parking (at least in the summer). The washing machines break and they don't fix them for months, so that's kind of weak. The office sucks. They don't keep their hours, leave before the posted closing time of 5:00 very frequently, and talk to you like it's beneath them to do so. If you get USPS mail there, they will charge you $2 for a letter or $10 for a package, because they have to bring it down the hill in their box with the rest of their mail from the PO. Doesn't matter if you specifically told the sender not to send it USPS, i.e. not your fault, they're charging. They won't return it to sender either despite their housing agreement saying that is what will happen. UPS/Fedex is no charge because it is delivered there, but they keep it in the office and you have to get there before whatever arbitrary time they decide to close the office to get it.

i'll be simple, the heat, views, kitchens, parking, facilities, grounds, and amount of outlets are great. the beds are definitely not.
