Primrose Place

My adult son has lived at Primrose for over 15 years. I cant say enough about how wonderful they are. They make him feel at home and like its his home. They treat him well and take very good care of his medicine and Dr. Appointment. He is very content there. I cant think of one bad thing or dissgreement we have evert hsd with them.Their .top notch and you would be lucky to become part ofTheir family.

I don't know how Primrose Place got 5 stars. I just made a simple phone call to them to tell them about a great event that I thought their residence would like to attend. This would be something fun they could do to get them out of the facility. The women that answered the phone was one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to in my life. After she interrupted me, she then in the rudest toned voice told me they weren't interested and hung up the phone. I was so taken back by her tone and the way she treated me I called her right back to let her know how rude she just was and it wasn't okay. All I was calling about was to offer a fun event for their residence. Little did she know all the proceeds for the event goes to families who have children who are battling cancer right here in Colorado. She then was extremely rude again and yelled on the phone and told me to stop calling them and once again hung up. This women needs some 101 on phone etic. I sure hope she's not in charge of caring for the residence at this facility. If she is, I'd say watch out. Just based on this phone call, I would never recommend this facility to anyone I know friend or foe. I wanted to give them no stars but that was not an options for this to post. So I give them one start when in fact they should have a big ZERO!

Im shocked and dismayed about the review from michelle feller. I happen to work here and this is an awesome place all the residents love it here and they love the workers. Maybe she called at a really bad time. Ive never heard anyone be disrespectful to anyone on the phone ever. And im one of the awesome cooks. I'd like to know what kind of event it was that she wanted our residents to attend. They go to events and activities on a daily basis. Maybe she should come in and visit us. And then she will know why were 5 stars..

Cooks, (BEKAH-ROCKSTAR! susie-keeps everyone-DOWN TO EARTH!) Maintainance-(Todd, (and tammy)-(pitching in their DAYS OFF, MATERIALS, FINANCES, RECOURSES, and LIMITLESS, EXPERTISE!!), as well as all the Residents! Everyone, is FAMILY! everyone is HELPFUL, RESPECTFUL, KIND, GENEROUS, and SELFLESS!!
