Building is refreshing and home like to walk into. Staff friendly and always checking to see if anything is needed. A great place to call home for a loved one.

My father in law has been here since March 1st; the care is terrible, the staff did not speak English; Dad was falling and we only got a call way after hours. Issues were addressed by not handled by management. Hospice, thank you! they took the initiative and moved my father in law to in patient care this morning. I would not recommend Sunrise to anyone who wants there loved one to 'die with Dignity' The staff is constantly changing or not available to take a call. Our experience is the only thing they are after is the money. $300 a day for my father in law's care is beyond reasonable!

My dad spent his last 18 months here. We thought the staff graciously balanced his needs & safety, welcoming to our family, and adding levity during difficult days. It lingers in my memory with positive thoughts. I hope everyone gets the care our family did in this season of life.

Dont be fooled by the nice looking building, I was here as a personal caretaker for a resident in this facility. I would not place my family member here. The nursing aids are rude and the office staff are only there for a pay check. Smells of Urine, unhappy residents. Dont believe me, go ask them.

Deeply disappointing. And, criminally negligent.Toured the facility, bought the sales pitch. At a 6pm checking with constant notification the week before and day of check-in they were unprepared.Receptionist showed us to room and delivered a plate of inedible food which my unfussy mother-in-law could not eat. Waited 3.5 hours for some help, Any help, which was not forthcoming. My wife decided to stay the night to insure her mother's safety and had to sleep on the floor. We left the following morning and stopped check payment. Two days [literally 40 hours] later someone from Sunrise called to tell us our mother was not in her room. We were stunned that it took them 40 hours to discover this. I had to tell them that we had checked out over 2 day prior to the call. They were clueless. So much for the claimed two hour bed check policy we were told when touring the facility.Glad we found out right away.
