I am a former employee. Do not work for this company because management is a joke, they do not care about their residents or employees. They play the buddy buddy system and only care about people who are their friends. If they do not like you, then you will become a target. When they let me go they REFUSED to give me a copy of my TB test results which is totally illegal because they are my medical records! Also they are trying to hold my qmap certificate hostage. Also, the schedule is constantly changing, so if you dont show up for a shift because you didnt know you had to work they yell at you for it. They treat their employees like children. They give no respect to the employees what so ever!! They wont help you, but they want you to bend your back for them!! Basically this place is a joke, for employees and residents. Stay away, trust me.

I personally know that if you request that your records be released through reception that they would be sent to you via mail within 3-5 business days. Saying that they hold records hostage is 100% inaccurate. The schedule is very flexible to allow employees to tend to personal and everyday life situations. I appreciate the company for upholding policies and holding people accountable. The current management is trying really hard to re-establish a good work environment for all its employees. And with that being said, people that have been 'let go' are the people that have jeopardized that goal. Great company, good people. Cannot wait to see the future that this amazing company is going to hold.

If you don't mind your loved ones in the care of aides that sleep on shift and play on their cell phones, then this is the place for you.

I was a resident here and had a wonderful experience. Annette and her staff are kind, caring, and professional. Things have improved greatly over the years under new management. The activities director is a doll!
