First Light provided the interface for our Mom's emergency button. We had several calls over the course of four years. The service was prompt, professional, and thorough. There was a lot of peace of mind for us as we lived 40 minutes away. Lori gave excellent service when we needed to clear up billing or any glitches.

First Light Home Care was a life saver for my mom AND my wife and I! Lori was always available and so helpful in rescheduling care at the last moment. We loved the care First Light provided for my mom. They always looked out for her, which was especially important because I lived out of state from my mother. They were my mothers advocate on my behalf and I could feel at ease all the time. If my mother called with some issue, I could always reach my First Light caregiver for immediate assistance. I would recommend their care 100%.

Apparently there is not a professional caregiving company in Grand Junction!! First Light just did the very same thing that the 2 previous companies did.....sent a new person to my dad's house...no phone call beforehand....just a new face showing up to an Alzheimers patient's home. A phone call!!! That's all I ask for!! I stressed how absolutely important this is to me. That is not too much to ask and I was promised by the intake person that this would not happen. So disappointed & feeling so lied to. Damn, I had such hopes for First Light. It's easy to say the right words to get new customers.....but follow through sucks & excuses flow!
