Good mobile home park

Nice community however I got turned down on a lot lease because of a traffic infraction. Said that it is a family oriented community but my traffic incident is not family friendly. Spent a lot of time and money to buy there and to get turned down last minute. Beware of their money scam. Now I have lost all that money and really close to nowhere to live. Who gets turned down at a trailer park? Apparently I do.... Freaking joke.

Terrible place to rent a space to live in your mibile home- and according to Jo at the front desk at Golden Terrace South its considered a 'transiet community'. Unless thats just the legal loop hole she is using as a legal excuse for having my motor home and car towed and not because she needed to rent the space to someone else, the space was empty when we got back from being in a car accident and were absent for no more than 10 days. Turned our electricity off the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and left the office an hour and a half early while in the middle of trying to figure out the electricity thing with maintenance with no phone call or anything before the holoday/long weekend. I am not excusing any fault of my own in this matter but I am certain the proper steps were not taken before deciding to have my home towed away. I guess by the lack of enforcing any of the rules they have at the park I should have known they would not follow proper procedures for anything else. Don't rent here.
