This nursing facility is under staffed and poorly trained.My father was in their care after spending 3 months in hospital due to a severe car accident and resulting TBI & several physical injuries. He was in their care less than a month. He was 100% dependent on assistance for standing, sitting, eating, drinking, dressing, everything. In their care he was allowed to fall 2 times and after vomiting for 2 weeks was lifeflighted after HE asked to go to the ER with SEVERE DEHYDRATION, renal failure and septic shock. Luckily for us he survived. This place needs closed down. Do NOT send your loved ones here.
