After we bought our home here in Colorado, I put my wife in this home knowing she would better off with someone taking care of her. She is happier now then she has been in years. Very happy with this part of our transition to the city. Thank guys!

I have worked here for several months and honestly its the worst work environment Ive ever experienced. There is no communication. The caregivers (especially the morning staff) is rude and most of them dont care about the residents but a few. They bully other employees. The management switches out every few months. No one seems to know what they are doing. Its a horrible place to work unless youre rude and hateful.

Staff does not care about problems within the community. Management only seems to care about their paychecks. The employee turnover rate is very high, there are always new people coming in and they never last. The last executive director was fired and staff continues to quit, leaving the place in shambles. Morale is very low and this place is clearly not worth the money.
